How to Submit a Complaint
If you have a complaint, please contact us first by emailing geekyworkshop@gmail.com. Include your order details and a clear description of your complaint. We aim to respond within 7 days with a suitable solution.
Not Satisfied with the Resolution?
If your complaint isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you can register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur. Visit the following page: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
European ODR Platform
If you’re an EU consumer, you can also submit your complaint through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform is designed to help consumers and businesses resolve disputes. You can access the platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Please note: if your complaint is already being handled elsewhere, it cannot be submitted through the ODR platform.
