Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns as outlined below.

Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be credited the full order amount, including any initial shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the product from your home to the store is your responsibility. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package (in The Netherlands); for exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website.

Return Conditions

If you exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • If the product is damaged or the packaging is unnecessarily damaged beyond what is required to test the product, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation from your refund. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
  • We ask that the product be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Additional Notes on Return Timing

  • The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and notify us of the return.
  • After notifying us, the consumer has another 14 days to ship the product back.
  • Once we are notified of the return, as a retailer, we have up to 14 days to refund the order amount, including shipping costs. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned product.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval and Instructions:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Once we are notified of the return, as a retailer, we have up to 14 days to refund the order amount, including shipping costs. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned product.

Important Notes

  • Personalized items are excluded from our return policy unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
