Shipping & Returns
- All orders will usually be processed and shipped within 3 business days. It can take up to two weeks due to reasons that are out of our control.
- We ship our products from The Netherlands using the shipping company PostNL. PostNL normally has an estimated delivery time of 2-14 days (depending on the country), but it may take up to 2 months due to reasons out of our control (during the holiday season or problems with customs for example).
- We are not responsible for shipping delays lawfully related to the Post Office shipping process.
International orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the receiving country. It is the responsibility of the customers to pay any applicable customs and import taxes. We cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs, and we are unable to refund shipping and handling fees if your package is rejected due to customs fees. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Please note that personalized items are excluded from our return policy. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website or via email. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- GeekyWorkshop reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the criteria mentioned above.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the item, as GeekyWorkshop is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return transit.
