Article 1 - Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Reflection Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Consumer: A natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Long-term Transaction: A distance agreement concerning a series of products and/or services, with obligations spread over time.
- Durable Medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed personally to them in a way that makes future consultation and unaltered reproduction possible.
- Right of Withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance agreement within the reflection period.
- Model Form: The standard form for withdrawal provided by the entrepreneur, which the consumer can use to exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers remotely.
- Distance Agreement: An agreement in which, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for remote selling of products and/or services, only one or more remote communication techniques are used up to the conclusion of the agreement.
- Remote Communication Technique: Means that can be used to conclude an agreement without consumer and entrepreneur meeting simultaneously in the same space.
- General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and every concluded distance agreement and order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance agreement is concluded that the terms can be viewed at the entrepreneur's premises and will be sent free of charge at the consumer's request.
If the distance agreement is concluded electronically, the terms and conditions may, contrary to the above, be made available electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these terms and conditions, the most favorable provisions for the consumer will prevail in case of contradictions.
Article 4 - The Offer
- Offers with a limited validity or subject to conditions will be explicitly stated.
- Offers are non-binding; the entrepreneur may amend them.
- Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but minor discrepancies do not bind the entrepreneur.
- Offers include clear pricing (including taxes) and any additional costs.
Article 5 - The Agreement
- Agreements are finalized upon consumer acceptance and entrepreneur confirmation.
- Electronic agreements are secured with appropriate measures.
- The entrepreneur may investigate a consumer's payment ability before finalizing.
- Consumers will receive detailed information about rights, warranties, and processes.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
For Products:
Consumers can cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product. During this period, consumers must handle the product and packaging with care and return items in their original condition.
For Services:
Consumers may cancel service agreements within 14 days from the agreement's start.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
- Return costs are borne by the consumer.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal confirmation.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
- Customized or personal items.
- Perishable goods.
- Hygiene products with broken seals.
Article 9 - The Price
- Prices will not increase during the offer period unless due to tax changes.
- Variable pricing for market-linked products will be indicated.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
Products and services will meet reasonable standards and specifications as stated in the agreement.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
- Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
- If delivery cannot occur within 30 days, consumers may cancel the agreement for a refund.
Article 12 - Long-term Transactions
Consumers may terminate agreements with notice of one month for indefinite contracts or at the end of the term for fixed contracts.
Article 13 - Payment
Payments must be made within seven days of the reflection period or agreement confirmation unless otherwise specified.
Article 14 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints should be submitted within two months of the issue and will be addressed promptly, typically within 14 days. Please contact us by emailing geekyworkshop@gmail.com.

If you’re an EU consumer, you can also submit your complaint through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This platform is designed to help consumers and businesses resolve disputes. You can access the platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Please note: if your complaint is already being handled elsewhere, it cannot be submitted through the ODR platform.

Article 15 - Disputes
Only Dutch law applies to agreements covered by these terms. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
Article 16 - Additional Provisions
Additional provisions must not disadvantage consumers and must be documented accessibly.
